Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas:
Floral & Hampers Services : Order Deliver To Kuching.
Floral Services Deliver To Other Areas Network covering Sibu, Miri , Kota Kinabalu & Kuala Lumpur .
Delivery fees:
Free delivery for order exceeding amount RM100 to Kuching Town areas only, outside free delivery zone a top up of service charges apply minimum from RM10 to RM30. Contact us for confirmation of delivery fees charges
Delivery Information
For Urgent Order / Local Purchases:
Flowers can be delivered on the same day within Sarawak - areas as shown above, only if your order are placed before Malaysia time 14:00pm & settle your payment via Bank Cash Transfer
For Online Order via Credit Card:
Please take note we will only proceed delivery of your order after we receive your payment confirmation . Therefore for all online order transaction advice to place your order 1 day in advance before date of delivery.
After Delivery Notice:
A feed back notice will be forward to you either through sms or email after delivery
services done. Please take note we do not deliver flowers on Sunday & on Sarawak’s Public holidays. Working hours are defined as Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm
