Order Acceptance Policy

All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by CHEN FLORAL DESIGN CENTRE , and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection,we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. 

Delivery Terms

Postcode Based Delivery

Please note that  is deliver base on following postcode 

93000, 93100, 93150, 93200, 93250, 93300, 93350, 93400, 93450 and 93480 Kuching. 

We do not deliver beyond further distance according to postcode as well PO Boxes. If you have query on delivery area may contact our whatsapp +601116385467 or our business line 082-235943

Our Delivery Time

Monday to Saturday  : Between 9.00am – 6.00pm

*Sunday, Public Holiday: We do not deliver on Sunday & Public Holidays           unless are special day .  

Special delivery arrangement can be made on public holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day .

For delivery on Sunday/public holiday please place your order 3 working days in advance to ensure that your order can be process and deliver on time .

Same Day Delivery  (Monday To Saturday)

Same Day Delivery is available for order placement and payment done before  12.00pm from Monday to Saturday.         

Same Day Delivery subject to in stock availability. For confirmation of in stock availability  please Whatsapp +601116385467 before placing your order.

Specific Delivery Time

Specific timed deliveries are not available. Our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customer base on time frame as schedule. If your order has a firm delivery time requirement or is urgent, please contact us so that we can advise delivery availability. 

The customer is responsible to ensure that your recipient’s address given is correct and that someone is available to receive the item.

In the event the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or contact number cannot be reached, we may choose to:

  • contact sender for instruction 

  • leave the arrangement with recipient’s  neighbor /colleague/family member to receive on behalf

No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the address as prescribed by the customer. In the event a delivery is to re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply depending on your recipient’s location.  

An extra surcharge of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable if request to refresh your items for reschedule of delivery date to the following days.   .

A feedback notice will be forward to customer upon delivery done or via notification  on tracking column.

Delivery to Restricted Areas

We do not arrange delivery to restricted areas such as general hospital , army camp, airports, sea ports, and other restricted compound.  To avoid inconvenience please contact us before placing your orders

Change Of Your Order

Change of products are not allow after confirmation of order.  For Changes of particulars such as address, card message and so on must be made at least 24 hours before delivery date by contacting us via Whatsapp  +601116385467 for immediate action. We will always do our best to make the changes for you, but we cannot guarantee for any last minutes request.

Cancellation Policy

On demand orders can be canceled by office hours at least Four (4) days before the intended delivery day and a cash voucher will be issued. You can cancel by contacting +601116385467 . Instead of Cash Voucher, there will be a processing charge of 10% of the purchase price for any refund given by CHEN FLORAL  if the orders are unable to be fulfilled or proceed. Hence, the refund amount will be the purchase price less 10%.

A cancellations fee of 70% of the selling price will be levied on orders with less than 48 hours notice given.    

If the order is out for delivery, or has been delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

Product and Substitution Policy

All products including flowers, vase ,basket ,wrappers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without any prior notice. In terms of product requests, we will try to fulfill all requests to the best of our ability. For simple requests like changing the color of the flower from say, red to white, please inform us via phone 082-235943         (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Whatsapp +601116385467 and we will try to accommodate the request subject to the availability of the color. 

All products images feature on this website are sample guideline of design style and colors . Replicate design may not exactly similar as images shown. Our florists will take utmost care to create your design.


We accept Visa and Master Card cards. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely via  Razer and PayPal payment gateways. If you create an account, your shipping details will be stored securely so that you can check out easily on future visits.

We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

Customer may also place your order by contacting our whatsapp +601116385467 or Telephone 082-235943 and transact your payment through online bank transfer. 

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order. 

Prices and Additional Charges

All prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

All prices are subject to review during festive seasons like valentine’s day and Mother’s day . Such pricing adjustment  take effect  2 weeks before the actual festive date. All flowers place to deliver on the above mention period are base on the revise pricing rate.  


All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. We ensure all our flowers are freshly arranged and beautifully pack before delivery. Customer may request for photo of flowers done before proceeding delivery. In an unlikely event of damaged during transit , should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact our customer care immediately after delivery with photos prove of the damaged condition.  The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered.  Our team will investigate on the case for eligibility of replacement.  


If for any reason we made a mistake and deliveries don’t turn up, that is if your flowers have not arrived on their intended delivery date, please contact our customer care whatsapp +601116385467 or telephone 082-235943 . We will send you a replacement on our next available delivery date, or a refund. If we offer you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle. Chen Floral has no influence over these timescales

Refund will not entertain in the case of order could not be sent due to wrong delivery  information prescribed by sender and unreachable contact number of recipient .

Chen Floral will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient for whatever reasons refuses to accept your floral gift item.
